According to the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the consumer has the right to:

Article 30. Obligations of the seller (manufacturer) when selling goods of both proper and inadequate quality

1. The seller (manufacturer) is obliged to provide an exchange or return of a non-food product of good quality, if it was not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels, as well as a document confirming the fact of the purchase of the goods, have been preserved within fourteen calendar days, if a longer period is not established by the contract, from the date of purchase of the goods, except for:

1) medicines and medical devices;
2) underwear;
3) hosiery;
4) animals and plants;
5) metric goods, namely fabrics made of fibers of all kinds, knitted and curtain fabrics, artificial fur, carpets, nonwovens, ribbons, lace, braid, wires, cords, cables, linoleum, baguette, film, oilcloth;
6) celular phone device.

Dear Customers!

We would like to remind you that according to this Law, the return of a good quality product is possible if it was not in use, its presentation, consumer properties, seals, labels are preserved and there is a document confirming the fact of the purchase of the goods (sales receipt or cash register receipt) , within fourteen calendar days.

Unfortunately, we have every right to refuse your request if your requirements have exceeded the time limit, that is, you contact us after 14 (fourteen) days have passed. Also, if the product was in use, its presentation, packaging, seals, labels were torn off. We ask you to treat with understanding.

If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us by phone call or email via the "Write to us" page. Our administration will contact you in a very short time to discuss the reasons for your dissatisfaction.
